Description of Work: They came out to refinish the bathtub. The first time it had terrible bubbling and waves and inconsistencies, they did not caulk around the edges, and they got overspray all over our toilet and walls. We called to have them come out and fix it. The same guy showed up, sanded a while and buffed it. The results were bad. Not a $600+ job by any means. 4 times later we demanded a refund and only after the owner sent his lead tech over and the guy agreed it was a terrible job, did they give us a $400 refund. The owner needs to listen to the customer and not assume we are being picky. If I pay that kind of money for what is effectively a paint job, do it right.

+ -1 moreIt was good. They did a good job and they were very cautious with the things around it. We were very pleased with it. He was very professional. The job was excellent. The guy was very mindful of the surroundings, making sure that nothing went on something that it shouldn't have and they cleaned everything up, so we were very happy. We plan to use them again for another bathtub that needs to be re-glazed.
Description of Work: I used Miracle Method of Hampton Roads to re-glaze a shower in our bathroom.

+ -1 moreWe wanted to modernize our 50+ year old main bath. The bath is tiled with 1960's era green trim and green tub, sink and commode. The commode was replaced with a modern white one, but the sink had been mortared in place on the vanity tile and could not be removed; tub removal and replacement was cost prohibitive. Although their bid was higher than two other companies, we selected Miracle Method for the job based on their estimator's (Brian) professionalism, warranty and the company's good reviews. We were not disappointed. Brian came by for the estimate within 2 days of our call and work was scheduled for the following week. The technician, Robert, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. The work took 2 days as everything was carefully taped to prevent over spray and allow for prep. Robert cleaned up carefully and did a fantastic job with the refinishing. Everyone we dealt with At Miracle Method was professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: They refinished our tub and all of the white tile in the bathroom. They very carefully taped off the black bullnose cap, black baseboard tiles, and the black pencil line of tiles. The finished product looks terrific. It looked so good that we asked them to come back and do some work on several back, taped off and touched up some of the black tiles. They also touched up a few spots from the work done on the white tile.

Description of Work: The technician was kind and did good work but he did leave a bit of a mess behind. It took me 2hours to clean up all the dust and paint speckles left behind. So do let them know to clean up and inspect the area before they leave.
