This is one of the very very few companies I've hired in Norfolk that has actually arrived on time and kept up to date with phone calls over scheduling, or rescheduling because of the weather. They were very friendly and nice. I had them check out my roof to see if it needed a cleaning and to get a quote, but they told us it was unnecessary when a bad company could have insisted regardless just to get more work. I intend to hire them if I need something, that they offer, in the future.

Marc's Pressure Cleaning came out and pressure washed our three story home and deck. They did an excellent job and were very professional! This was the first year we used their service. We were very satisfied and will definately call them again in the future.

Marc's was great to work with and they did a fantastic job on both the pressure washing of the house and the cleaning of the roof. They arrived as scheduled, began work and were done in an impressive amount of time. We had comments from friends and neighbors about how great the house looked. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The service went very well. The work could not be completed in one day because of weather. Marc started it in the afternoon on a Friday but could not complete the work because it had rained all week and they were delayed in starting the job. He promised to return early the next week and he did. They showed up on Monday and completed the work. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job!! We have them come out to clean our house every year, and we've never been disappointed. They are always courteous and professional. Since we live in a townhouse (and don't have much house or gutters to clean) they adjust the price appropriate to the amount of cleaning they have to do. We really appreciate that.

Our recently purchased home had a dirty roof with black streaks of algae and even some moss in a few spots. Their office was able to give an estimate over the phone and arrange a date for the service. The roof was cleaned while I was out of town and I came home to a clean roof. It is still clean to date and I am pleased with the results.

Marc provided us with an estimate and went over everything he planned to do and the results that we could expect. Marc and his crew arrived on the day that was scheduled and promptly began work. Total time to do the job was about an hour. The job went well and the results are fantastic. We recently purchased our home and the condition of the roof was a big concern. After the cleaning by Marc's we can tell that the roof has a few more years in it. We will be using Marc's for all our pressure washing needs in the future.

Very responsive. Worked me into schedule quickly. Called ahead to tell what to do to prep for the service. Arrived and finished on time, cleaned up afterward. House sparkled when he finished - had not looked this good in years, even after prior pressure washing. Appreciated his non-high pressure wash system, using environmentally friendly products. I plan to use again and would strongly recommend. Work and price were just as described - no hidden items or extra fees or excuses. Did a great, quality job.

My initial estimate was very easy, no need for separate appointment which I appreciated. They were able to give me the estimate using house square footage and google aerial views of our house. Very quick response time for setting date for job to be done. The office manager called with a reminder phone call so I could move any deck plants and furniture out of the way. I was not able to be home on the day of the work, but when I arrived home the work was done to complete satisfaction. The entire vinyl sided house was cleaned, free of green mildew and dirt. The original estimate was a price range, and the final bill was actually on the lower end of the price range (something that rarely happens these days!). I will definitely use Marc's Pressure Cleaning Service again, they were very reasonably priced and very pleasant to do business with.

He was very reliable. He was timely and reasonable. He guarantees his work for 2 or 3 years. I would use him again.

My initial experience with the company was positive: they responded quickly, completed the work in a timely fashion on 5/29/12, and gave me the best of 3 estimates. But during the process of pressure washing my Trex deck, they dragged a outdoor table across the deck to clean under it, and left one 4 foot scratch and one 3 foot long scratch in the decking. I called to inform them and ask what could be done. They sent back the worker who had done the job initially, and he explained that the table was heavy because he had a glass top, and he had a previous injury which prevented him from lifting the top (though he came with a second worker). I explained that, while heavy, my wife and I had often lifted the top safely and that, in any rate, if they weren't sure they could lift it, they should have either not dragged the table or gotten someone else to help them. The worker apologized but said they was nothing further they could do and offered no compensation of any sort. I asked if they would throw in cleaning the front steps (which was probably a 15 minute job tops) and he said ok, and I said I would want to talk to the owner. The job they did on the front steps was not good, and there was still a stain afterwards. I called the office on June 6, 2012, and asked to speak with Marc, the owner. I was told he was busy but would call me back. I never heard back from him, so I called again on 6/22/12. He did call back later that day, left a voice message, saying that he was sorry, but because of the nature of the Trex material, the scratch couldn't be removed, adding that he thought throwing in the front steps was sufficient compensation. I decided not to pursue it any further. What is most troubling to me about the whole episode is that the company permanently scratched my deck but never reached out proactively in any way to admit or address the problem. I won't use them again.

I was able to make appointment on first call. Receptionist was very professional . She even called several days before appointment to let me know there was a cancellation on an earlier day if I wanted to change days. I could not change days . Marc arrived on time. He is very personable. Marc clarified with me what exactly I wanted done. Then he explained what they were going to do. He had another gentleman with him . They were an excellent team. He gave me a bill at that time & I paid him. House & shed look great. They did an excellent job.

From a 10 year repeat customer, Marc has always done a professional job in cleaning our roof and the exterior of our home. He does a walk around before starting, noting sensitive trees and plants, performs his work with care and follows up with us when he has completed the job. I contacted Marc's and requested that we correspond via email. The office manager, Natasha, contacted me promptly and a time was set up for an estimate. I wasn't eve home for the estimate, they left a form with the services to be performed and a cost on my door. I emailed them and we set up a date for the services to be performed. They came by on Friday May 25 and cleaned my sidewalk, parking pad and black streaks off my roof. Everything looked great and just as I expected. They left the invoice and I paid them via mail (check). It was great that I didn't have to be home for the services to be performed - that certainly helps with flexibility!

We've been using Marc's Pressure Cleaning for the last 3 years and have been very pleased each time. Because we have vinyl siding we have them do a "soft washing" on our home, and it comes out beautifully! Each year we get a lot of pollen, tree stuff and cobwebs on the exterior of our home, and after the cleaning it looks brand new. They always do an excellent job and are very courteous. The price is more than fair for the job they perform. I highly recommend them.

They washed our roof. The roof did look good afterwards. It was like an arm's length deal. I found them through the Internet and I emailed them and asked them if they could do certain things specifically like a low pressure wash. I didn't want a high pressure used on my roof because I didn't want to damage it. They came back and told me that they used a special wash system that they used which was low pressure. I hired them and I happened to be down there that week. I didn't see them do it, but when I came out to look at the house, the roof looked very good. Their price was fair.
