Easy to work with. And did a great job on my roof replacement along with installing metal siding on my work shed out back.

I had a leak from my water heater and AJ Smith was very nice and got back to me the next day and sent out Erik to help get all the wet stuff out and put in fans!! Appreciate the effort made to get out to me quickly. Thanks so much!!

Your team was very professional. The job process went smoothly. The crew cut into our living room and bedroom walls. They repaired all the defects found and reassembled both walls to their original state. They put a barrier to keep dust and dirt from entering our kitchen area and they cleaned their worksite everyday at the end of their shift.

The process was conducted smoothly and easily with no confusion. Erik explained every step if the process and answered any questions that I had along with showing me any issues that he saw once the areas where opened. He left the areas clean and organized as well ensuring that no dust or anything went into any areas outside the containment prior to leaving.

I am not sure what is with contractors and communication. I called out and left a message with all my info. Then I spoke to a person and confirmed. They scheduled an appointment by email, and I waited and waited. Finally - I called and it appears they attempted to leave a voicemail for me (I listen to voicemail once a month, maybe) instead of sending a follow-up to the email appointment. So - I lost a week waiting for an appointment that never was going to happen.

The work done by Legendary Solutions was fabulous! The transformation was amazing! Also, worth mentioning is that I was kept in the loop at all times, which is very important as well. Scott was totally responsive to my calls. I highly recommend this company. Thumbs up -- way up!

Overall good work. Project managers needed to be more engaged, subcontractors cut corners or were not that skilled, ending up needing to go back and correct problems.

The work was finished with great satisfaction. Because of Covid and several storms during the time of our damage, there were insurance delays, material shortages, and many other problems that hindered getting the work started and finished. The team at Legendary helped us at every step of the way. They kept us informed and made sure we understood each step. I always felt I was being talked to, not talked at. We appreciated their constant attention to our concerns.

They are a wonderful company to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Integrity! That's what this company has. The bidding process went well, and they had some great ideas for how to do a really professional job -- much better than others we spoke with. Their bid came in very reasonable. During the job itself, one worker completed part of the work, but it was not up to company standards, so they made him take it down and it got done exactly right. It looks so great! There were some delays with materials that were out of their control due to Covid, but they kept me informed all along the way. At one point, the workers discovered some rotted wood that needed to be replaced. The price was very reasonable for replacing this wood. The company could have taken advantage of me, but they did not. That's what I mean by integrity. They kept on this job right up to the very end, even returning one last time to caulk some corners that that I thought needed to be caulked (ordinarily they would not require caulking, but we live right on the ocean). Scott, in particular, was simply a gem to work with through this whole process. I highly recommend this company!

It was good. Scott, he was the general contractor he was excellent, answered all of my questions, he made himself available anytime, and he never made me feel like If m bothering him. They did excellent work and If I had any issues or anything he made sure he took care of it.
