Description of Work: Larry fixed siding on our home. The work was fine, but he was rude, mean and demanded me to bring him only cash when it was late at night. He never mentioned he needed just cash when we set up the job. I was out of town and he called me to let me know work was finished, he got nasty on the phone and demanded to be paid the minute I returned to town, even though it was around 10 pm. I think he was drunk! Do not hire, not professional!!!

+ -1 moreLarry's Home Improvement is very punctual, very efficient at what he does. The last time he fixed a leakage in the shower head and he put some pipes in. He gets an A everywhere.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate to have rangehood replaced with over-the-range microwave. Was asked to call back and leave name, address, and contact information on voicemail. Did as instructed. Larry was to contact me and subsequently come to the house to give a estimate. After not hearing from him I recontacted him 5 days later. "Oh yeah, I meant to call you". Bearly remembered the details of the job request. After refreshing his memory, I was told that I need a license electrician (which he is not) and he would call me back with a referral. Won't hold my breath.

+ -1 moreThey did an OK job painting, but left all of the blinds in the garage and did not rehang them. They did other work, but put in the wrong color for the range hood and did not fix it. They complained the whole time. I have to get a new contractor to finish.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate and then only completed about 80% of the job and wanted an additional $1000. Awful!

+ 3 moreHe did a great job. He went above and beyond for me. He is very personable. Phenomenal work. Phenomenal guy. Started on time and finsihed on time. Larry Williams promised to "take my headache away" by repairing my home after having terrible renters trashing the place, and if he noticed anything else that we may have missed he would take care of it as well and that I would have to worry about it. He totally lived up to his promise and even replaced all three toilet seats, door stops and window locks. My friends and neighbors were so impressed with him they too are using his services. No job too big or too small. By far the "Go To Guy" for home repairs in Hampton Roads.
Description of Work: Whole house carpet removal and install. Repaired holes in drywall and repainted all interior walls. Repaired exterior siding, cleaned and replaced gutters. Replaced all broken and missing fence. Removed Hot tub from back yard. Pressure washed driveway. Installed new stove and inspected appliances. Replaced blinds. Many other minor home repairs.
