The company quoted a price of $150.00 for a full and thorough interior and exterior detailing of my car, a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta, at my home. They called the day of the appointment to say they could arrive earlier, which I did appreciate although I chose to stick to the original scheduled time. They arrived with a panel van to detail my car in my driveway on time. I specifically asked when I received the original quote to have the interior deep-cleaned, headliner cleaned, seats shampooed, and interior windows cleaned. I repeated my requests to the employees when they arrived. I handed over my keys, went back inside my home while they worked. They needed to use an electrical outlet at my home for their equipment, which tripped a circuit breaker and cut power to half my home briefly. The entire process took longer than I expected, but it was a very hot day which I'm sure made their work difficult. When they stated they were done, I took a look and noticed they'd forgotten the interior headliner and my floor mats. They corrected that quickly. When it came time to pay, the gentleman gave me a $15 higher cost than what I had been told. I paid it without question, however, because I felt bad how hot the day was and they did a very good job on the interior shampoo of my car and the exterior waxing looked great. An hour later, i went to move my car to another part of my driveway and realized they had kept my car keys. I quickly called the number on the business card, and the owner apologized and sent the crew back out within the hour to return them. When I was able to move my car, I could then see that the driver's side hub caps had been damaged. I did not notice them when I paid the gentleman due to that side of my car being in the shade, and I was more concerned with interior stains having been removed. I immediately took photos and texted & called the owner. He stated he did not think that was possible as all their cleaning agents should be safe. I sent the photos in a text, he asked me what type of hub caps they were, I responded. He said he would get with his crew and said "Ok I will have a meeting with the detailers 1st thing in the morning...Our chemical are safe for all rims and paint jobs. I will do my investigation and get back with you." I replied "Thank you for researching it." He responded "No problem thank you" As of 9/1/15 I've never heard back from the company. As I don't have "before" pictures I am not proceeding with the complaint. I ordered the original VW OEM hubcaps identical to those ruined, and the cost of $51.05 each. I would not recommend this company for the following reasons: Price change Left with my keys Blew my circuit breaker & resulted in a higher utility bill Ruined my hubcaps, and man I love my car... Lack of follow-up communication.
