Their two-man crew were finished in less than 3 hours; they were professional and courteous. They assisted me in relocating some furniture around the deck. When they were finished, the supervisor walked me around the treated areas and gave me some helpful tips.

The gentlemen that worked on my pool deck were awesome. They showed up on time, briefed me on what was going to be done and what needed to be done. I would definitely hire Jackcrete again. The Concrete slabs around my pool were extremely uneven and needed to be leveled. The pool is 30 years old and had not been maintained for at least 10 years. A tree root caused several concrete slabs to be completely raised at a 45degree angle from adjoining slabs. Jackcrete was able to even out all the slabs by injecting foam. Jackcrete was a lifesaver because I did not have to remove the slabs and pay for new concrete which would have been cost prohibitive. I was impressed with the coordination between the office and the workmen. Great job!!!

Jackcrete is a terrific company. They are responsive, friendly, professional and did a great job leveling our front walk. They also explained what caused the sinking problem and how to prevent it withcaulking. They even did some of the prep work for us to install caulking.

Lifted a section of garage floor that had cracked and settled 3 1/2 inches at the furthest point. My first quote wasn't sure they could get the lift - very non-committal to their abilities. Jack Crete came in and lifted the section without issue. True professionals in action, knowing were to inject, how much, and in what sequence to get the lift needed to restore my floor. Very highly recommend Jack Crete, without reservation.

The workers arrived promptly to my home at the appointed time and were terrific. They performed their work quickly and with precision. When they left they cleaned the affected areas as they found them and I had three porches which previously were sinking now stabilized and level. I am happy with the job and their prices were very reasonable.

My pool deck is 20+ years old and two sections had sunken. JackCrete was able to level those two slabs and provide additional support under slabs that were beginning to sink. The estimate was very clear on scope of work and I'm pleased with the leveling outcome.

Most important work near porch steps & faucet area failed to correct. While they did discount the job, we were left worse off than we started. Also, the chemical they used, permanently stained our window screen & brick. The screen cannot be replaced. When I asked for help, they quoted some legal language in the contract which they say protects them from liability. We obviously wouldn't recommend them.
