Five Stars Is Not Enough! Communication with the company was easy and fast, provided flexible schedule. Conor was our engineer, he did a fantastic job for us. I received my plans just a few days after my request. It was really hard for me to find a good engineer with decent prices and professional I found both with Conor. I've contacted with him multiple times for building permit and structural drawings and Conor has gone above and beyond to help me every single time. I would definitely use them again and give them my highest recommendation! This is the best service provider !

The support and the service that we received from Honor Builders was outstanding. They helped us in getting a permit for the improvement of our rear patio cover, which needs structural maintenance. We exchanged a lot of emails, and they were always available to answer our questions and provide explanations and directions. They even spoke directly with the city representatives to better understand their requirements. We got the permit, and now we are starting to work on the patio cover. We are really satisfied, a special thank to Paul and Conor!

The owner of Honor Builders called me promptly after receiving my request. He was extremely polite, honest, and spent about 15-20 minutes discussing his area of expertise and experience dealing with radon. I was interested in getting a test as I've seen online that it's a good idea to make sure your home is in optimal condition and safe. The owner stated he would be more than happy to perform the test, even offered a discount, but that in his professional opinion, it was not necessary as radon gas is not an issue where the house is. It's beyond commendable that a company would be straight forward and honest to the point of turning down work and guiding potential clients to the best solution even if it is not the most profitable decision. I would happily go through them for any future services, and they have my highest recommendation.

My wife and I were selling our house and had previous foundation work done. We needed to provide a report to the buyer that the foundation was solid. Paul and his team were very responsive to my phone and email inquiries. They followed up within just a couple hours, explained what they would be able to do, and got a time scheduled for the same week. After the inspection they were able to provide their written report without delay. The service quality, customer service, and timeliness of Paul and his team were great and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Both Conor and Paul were very helpful. They quickly understood my issue, asked good questions, and provided a solution quickly and completely. Paul contacted me within a day of submitting the quote request. Initially, the scope of work was misunderstood, but Paul met my expectations (and then some). The initial quote was honored even though additional work was required of the engineer. The structural engineer, Conor, started working on my plans immediately. I was kept in the loop via email throughout the entire process. My final documents/plans were provided very quickly. Although my project was relatively small, I was made to feel as if I were their #1 client. It's not just on their masthead, Honor is in the company's culture. They will be the only company I call for future project plans.

During a pre-sale home inspection, the inspector took issue with a repair of sagging floor joists that we had done ~17 years prior. Paul and Conor were able to evaluate the repairs and determine that they were structurally adequate, saving us 10s of thousands in potential unnecessary repair costs. The analysis was completed expeditiously, with plenty of communication between us. I would definitely consider Honor Builders for work in the future.
