Hayward Termite and Pest Control

I don't know if it worked or not because I get ants. I haven't had any since he sprayed but with all the rain I don't know if I will get any, but im waiting to see. He came out June 7, I don't know im new to this I didn't know what to expect, I think in my head I expected more. I just purchased this house , so what happened they doing some construction and I saw a rat. My fear took over so I had to make sure I had poison so they didn't get in the house.Now he didn't confirm or deny if they had gotten under the house. He just told me that he put some poison down under the house, he didn't confirm or deny that there were any entries around the house. But from the guy who knows my lawn he said that he sees that I was pretty much secure, he told me that I needed to get something that I needed to get fixed. they are like ducts to keep the airflow in the house, I have a ranch so I have a crawl space. An it's suppose to help keep the air flowing under the crawl space. they are like little windows he just said there is a couple of them I need to get fixed. I have a brick holding it up he said that would be the only possible way that they can get in. I don't remember how much it was, I would say fair like I said i'm new to this I don't know what's reasonable or not. But for what he did I think it was less then $100 or at least $150 but im assuming that was okay. He was a nice enough guy but there were some questions I never got answered.He came when he said he would and he was there, he was actually early. I didn't get all my questions answered. I asked a couple neighbors to go through their own extermination cause they've been living here a lot longer. And nobody had anything other another company, because that's the one on TV I guess. I guess maybe answered some questions. I didn't follow him around I just took his word, it would of been helpful if he had told me I don't see anything underneath the house or something like that.
