It brings great concern to read (member name removed)'s comment relating to his experience or expectations. My only response on not returning (member name removed) emails is that I or my staff does not recall receiving any email, we can not locate any email in our saved files and it is quit possible it was sent to a junk file and cleared out by the computer in a designed period of time. This regretfully does happen from time to time. If no response was received via email by (member name removed), I am curious why he did not followed up with a phone call! Our office is open 9am-3pm M-F. Email is an easy and good form of communication, but it can also be unreliable, missed, erased, redirected,or filed incorrectly and the necessary message never gets received. We take great pride in returning all calls and messages received as soon as we get them and once a day for all voice mails.A response is required from the staff on every message received as soon possible and our clients / prospects respect that type of service they receive. (member name removed) is very welcome to call our office for estimates. Office hours are normally 9am-3pm M-F. Emergencies 24-7.
