Four Seasons Garage Doors

They were excellent. They did some extra stuff for an additional charge. Very clean, good.

He did a very through job and answered all my questions. Matt told me i am in good shape and it really do not need to do any service for at least 2 years because the of the good condition of the door. He commented that door was installed very well. I purchased an additional remote for $45 and he programmed them for me. I did not have a remote to begin with the house did not come with any. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased the tune-up because the door had become noisy even though only about two years old. The technician tuned it up, and now it is much quieter and seems to move with less friction. The new remote is good to have in case the original remote fails for some reason. The technician was very courteous and professional, and I would strongly recommend Four Seasons for anyone needing garage door work.

I contacted Matt from Four Seasons and he actually called and said he was in the area and could swing by and look at it for me. After inspecting it he gave me the options of repairing the old one and installing a new one. The price difference was negligible so I opted for the new install. He made the appointment right then for early the next week as he had to special order the door. He called me the day of the install and said he could get an earlier start if I was available, I said sure and he was promptly there on time. The install went flawless and he even helped me change the codes on the openers. I would recommend him and if ever I need a garage door in the future he will be my first call

It went exceptionally well. Matt (Four Seasons) was friendly, efficient, and conscientious, and (most importantly) did a top quality job in installing the doors. We initially contacted Matt via e-mail, and he visited our home to provide garage door options as well as evaluate the installation. He was on time, friendly, and prepared. He also identified some installation limitations (our shelving over the doors' interior) which was important to the type of installation we needed. He ordered doors, and they were delivered on time. During installation, Matt noticed a couple of minor dents on one door's interior, and he informed us he would order and install panel replacements immediately. He did so, and our new doors are now perfect. What a great change!! Would highly recommend Matt to anyone!

After I purchased the coupon, Matt called almost immediately to make the appointment. He was right on time, explained the maintenance he would be performing and finished the job quickly.

Not good! The man came, he took care of the door and the next day it was broken. When we called him to let know about it, he said it would be a month before he could come back again. We told him we will get somebody else to have the door fixed, so he never came back again.

Excellent. Matt communicated by email and phone confirming the appointment a couple of days before and the day of. He arrived on time and performed his inspection. He adjusted my garage door to reduce the gap from my door to the floor. He also suggested replacing the rollers since they were gouged. He was here for an hour. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Service was amazing. Technician arrived on time, changed rollers, also fixed brace on one side that was a potential disaster that I wasn't aware of. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Matt called before he was to arrive. He had an incorrect appointment time but I told him I had to leave around 11:30 and he stated it was no problem. He came and analyzed the problems and got right into working and worked efficiently. After he left, he sent an invoice and a receipt in less than a minute. For an one-man show, he was great. He was very professional and got right into business. I would recommend him to anyone.

The representative from the provider had communicated very effectively the time in which they were going to show up to my residence and conducted a very thorough assessment of the equipment as well as an excellent servicing of the door rollers and tracks. This was a big deal purchase. That did turn out pretty good. It is working much better. They came out about a week after I bought the service. It was good in terms of the guy came on time when he serviced the door. but he was saying the opener probably needed to be replaced and he would have been able to do one for me right then, but I did not have my research done. I did not think I was going to purchase a new door so I needed to do research before I spend money. I did find some that were in the same category he was talking about or were cheaper than what he had it for.

The provider showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He introduced himself and began examining the door. He ran the door several times and begin lubricating the various component of the door. During the cycling of the door he observed some erratic behavior and quickly identified the problem (a loose wire on one of the sensors). He repaired the loose wire and completed servicing and adjustment of the Garage door in about 35-35 minutes. I would both recommend and use this provider again the future!
