Matt arrived on time and completed the work with no issue - everything is fully operational.

The rollers on my garage door were getting old and he told me it would be a DIY project for me to replace them, rather than having him charge me to do it. This is a sign of an honest business man.

EXCELLANT. I PURCHASED THE SPECIAL DEAL BECAUSE MY GARAGE DOOR WAS OPERATING SPORADICALLY (the door would vibrate/jerk while opening or closing). THE TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATELY DETERMINED THAT I NEEDED AN ADJUSTMENT, WHICH HE DID AND NOT THE DOOR WORKS PERFECTLY. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT MY ROLLERS WOULD NEED REPLACEMENT IN THE FUTURE. WHAT HE DID NOT DO WAS TO USE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET ME TO HAVE ADDITIONAL WORK DONE. IT IMPRESSED ME!!! Originally ordered the $115 coupon service for one door and the $65 coupon service for the other door. Also asked Matt, the owner, to replace the seals on both doors, add safety cables to both doors, and replace the rollers on the second door. Matt was prompt, efficient, and very pleasant. The wall switches for the garage door openers needed to be replaced but were not available due to the age of the openers (18 years old). Because the switches were not available, Matt provided a quote to replace both openers. The next day I asked Matt to install the openers as soon as possible because the failing switches were causing the doors to open by themselves. Matt installed the openers the next business day because I was concerned about the doors opening. I am happy to recommend Four Seasons Garage Doors.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for $39. Went very well and he offered to replace the old rollers for a good price, which i accepted. The door operates much more quietly.

Excellent Matt arrive on time went right to work explained what he was doing and did not pressure sale just advised and recommended what was needed to keep the door operational.

The installer showed up early and finished the work within the estimated he provided. Very highly recommended.

Excellent company with outstanding customer service! The owner came out performed a detailed check of my entire system before recommending a fix. There was no pressure sales, only recommendations and once decided, he had all the parts on-site. He replaced all my rollers and performed preventive maintenance on the entire system. The garage door now opens and closes without a sound. Angie's List got it right with this one.

Matt is very professional and flexible. We need him to adjust his work schedule in order to replace some rotten wood around the garage door after old garage door was removed. He gladly worked with the arrangement. He called the day before he came to replace the door, sent an email reminder, and also texted my iPhone two hours before his arrival. On 2/1/17 around 6pm I had a major issue with my garage door where it got off track, the wire on that side became unspooled, and my garage door would only shut 3/4 of the way because of the unspooled wire. With my second frantic phone call at 6:30pm looking for garage door repair companies, I happened upon Four Seasons and was connected to Matt. At first I thought Matt was just the technician, and through tears I told him what was going on and that I was trying to find someone to come out to at least get my garage door down for the night or fix it. My main concern was the safety of my son and for myself and having the garage door open over night wasn't ideal. Matt told me he couldn't come out and gave me the name of another company who could possibly help. It was while I was calling that other company that Matt called me back and after talking to his wife, Chrissy, he said he could come to my house in about an hour after putting his son down for the night. First I was just relieved I was able to find someone on such late notice to come to my house. But also I was so thankful that Matt took time away from his family to come help mine. I am not sure what would have happened if I would have ended up having to leave my garage open all night. In the end, Matt came over close to 8pm which was in the timeframe he said and I ended up finding out that Matt is the owner of Four Seasons. He fixed my garage door in about 30-45 minutes and even was kind enough to give me the military discount he offers. I can't say enough great things about Matt and his company. The owner of outfit arrived promptly at 10 a.m., very pleasant and professional, and spent about an hour servicing my door. I decided to have him replace the 6 rollers which were totally rusted, and he charged me the reduced Angie List member price. My door now works smoothly and much more silentl. I have already recommended Four Seasons to two of my friends.

Technician was prompt and adjusted the pulleys/cables to get the door in alignment. Also lubricated the rollers and recommended replacement in a year or two if I noticed they were sticking since the rollers were old. SInce the repair, the garage door is working great and very quiet. Would hire again if needed any repairs.

Provider arrived to perform Angie's list package work. He aligned the garage door rails and looked at the garage door opener. The safety sensors for the garage door were no longer functioning and not able to be aligned. He offered a quote for the replacement of the opener which was a very reasonable install price and included new door sensors, two openers, and an exterior access panel. We scheduled for the installation and he arrived to that appointment on time. The install took maybe two hours and it was like having a new garage door when he was finished. The opener was very quiet compared to the previous opener and we never had the remote openers previously so it was very fancy to have the power to open the garage door remotely. He showed me how to operate the controls and how to reprogram the door code on the outside panel. Overall, it was a stress free interaction and I am very happy with the end product. I would recommend this company for installation and maintenance of garage doors to my friends and will use them again in the future.

They were good. I liked them. He arrived on time. He was friendly. He got his service done quickly. He asked appropriate questions. He was hopeful in what he did and I wasn't upset about taking another $40 and I was glad to have it. I don't have any problems with them.
