Cox Cable

I called him a couple of days before we moved in, but he had to postpone installing the cable for the following week. He told me he would not come out since the military was off over Labor Day weekend. He was a kind man and he took good care of us. He made sure he was the one to come out and do the installation and he did a good job. I was not happy with having to wait though. With the housing we have, where one of the cable jacks in the house were in the master bedroom, we didn't not want the furniture by the window. They can not give more than 6 ft of cable, due to their company policy, so we did have to go buy a cable ourselves.

I am not too pleased with them. I am trying to find another service provider because the only one is on internet and looks like certain time at night they cut me off. They are the only people I use monopolizing. I don't like the service. One month is cut cost and next month is another cost and it was not steady and price fluctuates. They don't send good professional for service. I have to use them they don't have any other line here, I am forced to use them. If given a choice of other provider I would not use them.

I dislike their customer service. I dislike their price structure. The quality of the internet service is poor. Those are the things that stand out. We are not happy with the sound quality. We plan to change from service provider.

I am not 100% satisfied with them. At one time we had the package deal with Verizon and I liked that service better than what he have now with Cox. I am not sure if it is because the tv set that we have. I could call long distance on the weekends with Verizon and I can't with Cox. I would not recommend them them to anyone else rite now.
