+ -1 moreall done over the phone, no hassle nothing like the Comcast nightmare you hear about it was very simple and very quick.
Description of Work: changed my services from the full suite to just basic internet, no more TV no more phone just internet. I am very pleased.

+ 1 moreI'm happy with Cox Cable. Our internet is fast. We have all the standard features on our phone line. Their cable is excellent. Theirs tons of channels and access to movies and pay per view and all that. I've had no problems with their customer service. They are pricey.
Description of Work: I have landline phone service, internet, cable television and three DVRs from them.

+ 1 moreThey're okay. They're all over the country. The only other option is either Direct TV or Verizon. If you're too far from some of that stuff, it doesn't work. You're kind of like locked into it almost. I pay everything electronically if I can. My husband would say they have good quality. Responsiveness and punctuality are non applicable. My husband went into the store to ask a question and they couldn't answer it. Sometimes, he asks very technical questions,which is not their fault.
Description of Work: I use Cox Cable. I have the bundle package. I have internet, cable, and a land line with them.
