+ -1 moreI called the company on April 20th. I was told someone would be there between 8:30 and 10:30. I have a household insurance and this was the company they told me to call. My co-pay is $100.00, so I knew that is all I would have to pay. The technician arrived at 9:00. He was very professional and went to work immediately. I watched him work and was impressed at how thorough he was. He did not talk much, just tested everything he could test. He had a checklist and went down the list. By the time he was done, I knew everything was working properly. I highly recommend this company. The total cost for the service would have been $265.00 if I did not have the insurance. I thought this price was appropriate for the work done.
Description of Work: The technician checked the outside compressor, he tested several areas. He then went inside and tested the inside unit. He also tested the thermostat. He asked to see the electrical box. He showed me the tripped breaker. He then replaced a part outside and checked electrical parts. He went back inside, set the thermostat and told me the AC was fixed.
