Brenda came to us highly recomended by another realtor. She more than lived up to her reputation. All transactions went smoothly thanks to her knowledge and attention to detail. She is a great communicator and kept us well informed. Her network of mortgage lenders, home inspectors, chimney sweeps, handymen, etc. is topnotch, she only recommends the best and they sing her praises as well. Brendais knowledgeable about all aspects of financing, insurance, (especially flood), foreclosures, short sales, etc. and if we asked a question she didn't have an immediate answer to, she researched it and got back to us quickly.
Description of Work: Brenda Fisher has helped my family buy a foreclosure, buy a house, and recently list a house for sale.
