Very impressed with the team. Randy came to see the deck and work up the estimate. We approved the proposal and he was able to fit us in relatively quickly. The team finished in one day! The deck looks so good. Very much looking forward to using it for the rest of summer and fall.

The manager came and surveyed the job. He had me take pictures to see if there was a leak coming from the ceiling of my porch. I took the photos and there wasn't any water. I took the porch light down to check in there as well. No water. I sent the photos in and in a few days had a quote for putting up soffit. I added one item to the list, which was putting the porch swing back up. I had a new quote very quickly. Once paid, I had to wait several weeks but I was on the schedule. The two gentlemen installing the soffit came out and took measurements, left to get the parts, and returned quickly. They got it all up in a couple of hours, including putting the swing and light back in place. Looks great! My only critique is that the manager didn't come out to follow up on the job to discuss what they would do, but I take some of the responsibility of not asking enough questions. Thank you very much!

They replaced my damaged roof. Its's a very efficient company and the owner checked up to insure that I was satisfied with their work. I needed them to correct one small thing and they were here within 24 hours to make the adjustment. Everyone that I had contact with for the company did their best to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They did a excellent job on my roof.

The owner was very prompt and responsive when I called. The job and follow-up were very good and the workers even did a couple of things that were not in the original contract. Have received several complements on the deck appearance since the restoration. I would definitely recommend them.Susan

Prompt response to emergency roof replacement. Posted on Sun, response & inspection Mon, roof replaced by cob Tues.

It's tough to the rate the value for the price paid since I could only get this one company to provide me an estimate quickly (I had storm damage exposing wood on the house's roof line). Honestly though for the level of service and efficiency they provided, I was perfectly happy to pay. Randy, Jason, and Tara were all amazing and so accommodating. Jason found a number of things the builder hadn't done well and also patched those areas up in addition to the work I requested. He wanted to make sure I didn't get any water damage from impending rains, so he had the guys come out the following day of the estimate, a Sunday, to complete the work!

Very satisfied withe finished project. Looks GREAT!!!!
