Katherine and her assistant were so easy to work with. They worked smoothly and steadily to clear out our garage, sorting things into keep, donate, recycle, and trash piles. Once everything was cleared, it was reorganized in a neat and orderly fashion, taking into account when and how things are used and how best to keep them accessible without being obtrusive. The end result is a clean, functional space with plenty of room to spare! On a side note, a couple of hours in, we had a family emergency to deal with and Katherine provided support and hugs throughout the time she was here, and kept right on working, which let us focus on our emergency. We definitely plan on hiring her again to finish organizing our home.
Description of Work: Cleaned out and reorganized garage, hauled away donation items.

Description of Work: We have had IOS / ASSISTPRO PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING (also known as http://innovativeorganizationsolutionsllc.com/) to our home 4 times. Owner Tria Presher scheduled our visit over the phone. She arrived at our home on time and prepared for the days work. (boxes, trash bags, markers) She immediately asked me what my goals were, made a brief assessment and a recommendation and within 5 to 10 minutes we got to work. We also discussed my budget and she was able to explain what we could get accomplished within my budget. I worked with her during the day and we spent about 6 hours. She asked me questions as we worked. |DE cluttering ones home is a very personal matter and potently embarrassing. Ms. Presher's friendly personality made that part of the experience positive. I was able to pay with my credit card on her phone there at my home. She put all the trash and donation items in her vehicle and took them away. We have scheduled another visit in August. | |She was able to turn our sun room into a home work room for our ADHD children. She has the expertise to accommodate the boys difficulty with attention deficit. The room was clutter free, functional, school supplies within easy reach and she used the furniture (desk, book shelves etc.) we already had thus no cost for expensive upgrades in furniture. |In the end, our boys had an easier time with homework with would be the true measure of success. The experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this company for all the services they can provide. There is no better referral than when we have rescheduled another appointment with IOS. We hope to get their help to DE clutter and organize our home in the future.

I found AssistPro from a Groupon. I contacted Katherine who was very pleasant and professional. We made a date and she showed up right on time. I had just recently turned my office into a guest room and moved everything into my bedroom. Additionally, my linen closet was a wreck because I had bought a closet system that was very difficult to put together. Katherine worked for several hours moving things to the attic, out to the trash, or into her truck for donations. My bedroom was spectacular, she even swept the floors. She assembled the closet system with ease and made it look like something out of a magazine! Throughout the entire process, she was very friendly and asked questions as needed about where I wanted everything to go, but not very much. Once she had an idea of my "system" she ran with it and did a great job! I couldnt thank her enough!
Description of Work: Organized bedroom and large linen closet. *my dates and prices are approximate, as it has been nine months since the service.
