+ -1 moreThey came out for a quote, they were very professional. I did not have other companies that came out to give me a quote, and I have decided to do half of the work myself. They were on time, professional, and they were good. They at least came by, and they at least gave me a quote. I don't have any other quotes to compare against. He was professional, and quick. I had $14000 quotes for the ductless air conditioner. He was happy to give me the electrical part of the system, and that was good for me.
Description of Work: They gave me a quote for installing a switch for my garbage disposal system, and to hook up a ductless air conditioning system.

+ -1 moreHe's great but his assistant is horrible - messed up so he had to come back. Not to mention the assistant spilled machine oil all over our lawn and killed a large patch of mature ground cover/grass. Though he fixed the assistant's mistake, we won't be calling them back because of the negative experience.

+ 7 moreHe did a lot of extra things for free. He took a lot of pictures both before and after. He sent invoices electronically. He took payments over the phone via credit card, which I appreciated. He was negoitable on things I thought were more than I wanted to do.
Description of Work: They did electrical, windows, bathroom clean-up, whole house clean-up, bathroom caulking, new laminate floors, replaced bathroom vanity, replaced outside patio light. They painted three side vents. He power washed and chemically treated my driveway. He chemically treated my front brick area. He laid the weed paper down and put mulch on top. He did quite a bit. He also cleaned and polished the floors. He also fixed wood rotting in two areas. He installed and painted 8 shutters.
