+ -1 moreFrom start to finish Mark was professional, prompt and friendly. He kept in contact with us leading up to our appointment and came out to the house right on time. He looked over the unit and determined that it needed to be replaced then worked out the particulars with our home warranty company to get it done. He also talked to us about upgrading from what the warranty company was willing to pay for to a better unit, which we did for a few extra $$. The install went great and we are very pleased with the end result. I am looking to replace the garage door in the very near future and will definitely use Access when that time comes.
Description of Work: Called home warranty company because garage door opener was not working properly, so they assigned Access Garage Doors to our case. Mark came out and looked over our 15 year old opener then informed us that it needed to be replaced. So after approval from the warranty companty, we schedule and had the work done.

+ -1 moreExcellent. I think most others would have come out, looked and then charged instead of asking the questions to see exactly what would be needed. Told Mark if the fix needed permanent fixing, we'd be calling and having him come over and do the fix for us.
Description of Work: Called to have our garage door opener fixed and spoke with Mark. He asked me a number of questions, was very patient and very helpful. He was able to help me fix the problem over the phone and explained what would be needed should the fix not remain fixed.

Description of Work: I WAS IN A BIND AND I NEEDED SOME SERVICE DONE RIGHT AWAY TO MY OPENER. I CALLED ACCESS DOORS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND MR. HAINES CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. NOT ONLY DID HE FIX MY PROBLEM AT LOW RATE HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
