Description of Work: Replaced two story step up to the back of the house. Did other construction projects. The job was done well. I thought the price was high but opted to use them because they had done work for me before. One of my disappointments was the lack of responsiveness. Often times I had to call multiple times to get a response.

Mark's quote was comparable to one other quote and I selected Mark over the other company because of his responsiveness and eagerness to get the job. Once he started work, he was always on-time, responded to all my questions, and cleaned the work area after each day. He was a great contractor. I plan to use him again this spring when I remodel my bathrooms.
Description of Work: The cost is total cost of kitchen remodel. I purchased countertops and cabinets separately. I hired Mark to dismantle old cabinets and countertop and install new cabinets. I

+ -1 moreWe got 3 bids for the job. His bid was very competitive and offered the most. We did nothing except select material, fixtures and colors. He built a corner cabinet that is beautiful and gets many compliments. he gave a time frame and stuck to schedule. We were so pleased we recommended him to a neighbor who contracted him to build a great pool house.
Description of Work: Mr. Purdy completely overhauled a bathroom following a major leak behind a wall. Replaced drywall, subflooring, flooring, vanity, and built a custom corner cabinet.
