Kelly Gaitten at Prudential PenFed Realty

She is going to refer me to her partner-ANOTHER BROKER. Unlike the first review she has which says she is not a realtor she is a broker which doesn't happen in a months time. She was proffesional ,courteous,and to the point. I hope her partner is as good

So far, she's been wonderful. She's not a real estate agent but she's giving us advice on what not and she's keeping true to her word as far as doing what she says she was going to do so if I do decide to go ahead and sell home, I would be using her. The price is equal, to sell my home is the same rate as any other real estate agent. I like her honesty and knowledge.

We first talked to Kelly in early October, she stayed in touch and offered assistance whenever we would ask. My husband went out and rented a storage unit so we could have a good showing when we were ready. The end of October we went to Missouri and while there we looked at homes and found one we really liked. We ended up putting in an offer and had a closing date of 14 Dec 2012. On the drive home we called Kelly and told her it looked as if we would have to move up putting our home on the market. I was extremely nervous as it was moving quickly. We got home on 3 November, Kelly came over on the 4th which was a Sunday, quite impressive. We settled on a price and she immediately went to work on getting it ready for the MLS. Surprisingly I got a call from Kelly on Monday asking if it was ok for an agent to show on the house on Tuesday. I told her and quot;wow that was fast but the house is a wreck with all the boxes and stuff we have out but if they want to look go ahead and show itand quot; She took care of getting it all set-up. Imagine our surprise when she called that evening to say the man wanted to come back on Wednesday to show his wife. Of course we said yes. Wednesday evening the sign man showed up and placed a and quot;Coming Soonand quot; sign in our yard. Kelly came over on Thursday the 7th of November with an and quot;Under Contractand quot; sign. She worked so fast and had us taken care of, she kept us in the loop through the whole selling process. We had settlement on 7 December 2012. Kelly is so conscientious and understanding. The consummate professional who knows how to take care of her client, has the patience of a saint and all in all is a wonderful Agent to work with. We will definitely recommend Kelly to anyone in Virginia who needs a great agent.
