My initial contact with them was to treat a wasp invasion about three years ago. They sent a someone out for an estimate, which turned out to be expensive, at over $600.00, and they refused to provide service unless I signed a one year contract without the typical three day cancellation clause that most contracts provide to allow a consumer to change their mind. The wasp problem was something that needed to be treated immediately as I was unable to stay in my home so I did not have a choice. The technician that serviced my home over the past two years tended to be pushy in nature and I did not appreciate his attempts to up-sell me on their products. In general, they would schedule quarterly visits, however, at the end of my one year contract I informed them multiple times that I only desired to have services performed in the spring, summer and fall and that I would call them as needed. This request seemed to fall on deaf ears as they continued to send a technician in the winter, who would show up and treat the outside of my house without my confirmation, and then demand payment. When I tried to discontinue services it seemed they acted as if I were still under some obligation to them and it was necessary to send them a copy of my original contract. The pesticide treatments themselves were effective in keeping the pests from inside my home.

They bury these plastic cylinders every six feet or so to keep termites out. Three of my neighbors have termites so we spent the money to guarantee they don't get in our house. Sometimes, even when you have a foot of snow they do come out to inspect and monitor for termites as well. This past winter they were very receptive because we had mice in our garage, so they came to set traps being very careful and considerate of our young german shepard.

We have a contract with Home Paramount. This is the first time we've ever had a pest control company come to our home. Our neighbors had terrible termite damage, so we wanted to have our home protected. I chose Home Paramount because they have a location close to our home. The first time they came out we purchased Residential Subterranean Termite Bait System Program and Residential Pest Management Program. They offer you a and quot;discountedand quot; price if you sign up that day. This is one of their sales techniques. We had a nest of Carpenter Ants next to our house, which they duly noted. They treated them twice. My husband finally went out and purchased his own pesticide and that did the trick. They come out once a quarter and spray something around the outside of the house. They came inside our home for the first time in June for their inspection for termites. I was home alone at the time. Two very nice gentlemen came in and I left them to it. When they finished I was told we had Carpenter Ants. They said they are worse than termites and require aggressive action. They wrote up an and quot;upgradeand quot; contract as they said my coverage didn't include them. The cost $1,450.00. However, if I signed up before the weekend was up they would lower it to $1,233.00. I told him I would have to discuss this with my husband. He left his name and cell phone number. When my husband came home he went into the basement with a good flashlight and couldn't see anything. They had told me they had seen ants. So he calls the service technician and tells him he didn't see any ants. The technician stumbled and hemmed and hawed and said they had seen a dead Carpenter Ant. He could not tell us where. There was no evidence of ANYTHING. We never heard from them again. I do not trust this company and think they are in it for the money only. I wish I had researched pest control companies before I went with Home Paramount. Buyer Beware.

HPPC has always been good at working with us - whether it's our schedule for when they come for service, getting someone out for special situations or working with us on our contract rates. Yes, they are a big company, but my local office and staff feel likes it's a local company that cares about their customers.

I am happy with them. I haven't had any pest problems. They seem to be thorough. I am on a schedule so I don't have to call them to come out but if I have any problems they will come out and take care of it for me. I haven't had any problems with them. Their prices are about average. They come when they say and I don't have to be here.

Honestly I have not been happy with them. I was considering dropping them completely, but when I spoke with a representative who called me to reschedule because they had given me an appointment I didn't want and calling from a 800 number which I couldn't recognize because it didn't say it was those people I explained that I was not happy at all with the service I had been getting.

Bad.

They are very prompt. They come regularly so that we don't usually have to call them out, but if we do have to call them out they have been very prompt. When we had the stink bug issues, they were really responsive. We have just been very happy with them.

They've always been very responsive, especially the people in the local office. The only drawback is that I feel that they tend nickel and dime. I've had to specifically ask for one flat fee that would encompass all of the services we need. I much prefer this over them constantly asking us if we would like to upgrade and pay for additional services.

He did a good job. He offered to come back and has good follow up time.

Everything has been great. We have been using this company since 1972. They are very responsive and have done everything they said they would do. They are a pleasure doing business with. I will continue to use this company.

We usually get the same guy who comes over which is important to us. We have used other service providers in the past and a different person would come every time. Paramount are good about saying when they are going to come and will give an option to either accept that time or change it if we need to, and that has always worked very well. They do a thorough job of de-bugging the place and they will come back as many times as they need to. We have an annual contract with them and they come out once in every quarter. You can also call them at point if you have any issues and they will come out at no additional charge.

We called them to track an outbreak of ants and remove them. They come in mostly because of the ants and sometimes I deal with the pests to control them. Their price is fair and I would use them in the future.

LATELY WE HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT KEEP THEIR SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. WHEN THEY COME THE JOB IS DONE WELL.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. JUST ABOUT EVERY ONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD USES THIS COMPANY.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY COME OUT QUARTERLY AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON SCHEDULE. I THINK THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

I WOULD SAY OVERALL COMPANY IS GREAT. THEY KEEP THE TERMITES OUT SO, I WOULD SAY THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB. IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, THEY ANSWER THEM WITH NO PROBLEM.

I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I LIKE THEM A LOT.

I ENJOYED THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HE WOULD DO. HE SPRAYED ALL AROUND THE HOUSE. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO DETECT A NEST UNDER THE HOUSE. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT.
