It went really good. The guy who came (it was so long ago forgive me) was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Let them know if you have plants that you don't want to die and they will tell you how to save them. I thought mine were out of the way enough but I suppose not.

The gentleman was prompt and polite. I walked around to show the areas I wanted powerwashed and he did exactly what I asked. Our house really needed it badly, and when he was done, the siding and deck looked fantastic! I was so glad I chose this company!

They did a great job of power washing the siding on our house. Would definitely hire them again. Very responsive with email communications. Found them through a "deal" offering on Angies list and price was very reasonable.

I purchased the coupon for $351 for powerwashing of our deck and our house. Read the fine print because they will ONLY do what is listed, not a bit more. If I had been more cautious, I would have realized that this is not any kind of deal at all! And I would save yourself the aggravation of dealing with a technician with an attitude problem! He definitely needs some customer service training. I had asked him to clean the bottom of the deck and he had barked back, "I'm not done yet!" I also asked him if he could move the furniture back after he was finished with the deck and he responded that he didn't have time. OK, so I am extremely pregnant and left with a pile of 2 sets of patio furniture and potted plants. My husband was not happy when he got home! There was also a strip of 1-2 feet of concrete foundation below the siding that they did not wash (not included in the coupon)! We need to repaint our foundation and now this part needs to be powerwashed by another guy. What a waste of time and money. One entire side of our house is brick and obviously none of that was touched. I just didn't get an overall sense of accomplishment when the guy left. Our house still looks slightly grimy and we are out $351! I will never use these people again! Just remember, power washers are not that expensive (you can buy a decent one for $351!) if you want to do it yourself. It's just a matter of storage and desire/ability to manual labor.

The work went very well. Super easy communication and scheduling, reasonable pricing, and services exactly as described. I would not hesitate to use them again. They also recommended someone to stain the deck and we ended up using them as well. We are very happy with the results.

Jonathan arrived on our agreed time (I had to re schedule because of a personal matter. The front office handled great) Anyway he arrived on time and was very professional I showed him exactly what I needed done and he was honest about his limitations. We agreed about what needed done and he got right to it. The chemical wasn't strong but pleasing as if you were cleaning your own house. He also cleaned up after his mess and very knowledgeable about the business of power washing. I will use this service again in about 2 to 4 months on the back of the house. I only wish this service allowed me to show a before and after photos the front of my townhouse is 110% better than before. -Jim Burgess

Excellent! The entire wash was completed in 30 min and I was asked to do a walk-trough to show the concern areas. After the work was completed I found only one spot that needed more work and they completed that with no problem. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience, I phoned Friday late afternoon and call was returned the very next business day. An estimate was given over the phone based on the satellite view and street views. Itemized estimate was sent by email before the scheduled date, including instructions. I was given a choice of schedule dates with the earliest being three days later. The crew arrived 5 minutes early, set up and we walked the property and they discussed the job and explained their steps, what precautions, if I had to move any potted plants (I have a lot). Job was completed in less than three hours. Again walked the property looking for any missed spots. Found none. One of my neighbors was so impressed, he asked for an estimate, received and scheduled for the next business day. He was impressed by the estimate, the job and the process too.

Great work. Everything looks like New!! Only required 2.5 hours. Thanks!!

ECP representative arrived on time, but then was rude and sarcastic when we asked for him to allow my husband to park his car in the garage before he started the power washing. Once the job was finished the ECP representative left without letting us know he was finished or to inspect his work. Reported our displeasure to the owner and received no apology. Would not use this service again based on the lack of professionalism.

The work was completed and went very well. Excellent work.

Michael was very responsive via email and worked with me to define the scope of the job, what was included, and what wasn't. We also wanted our deck stained, and he recommended a good contractor who was also reasonably priced. The powerwashing was done on schedule and the work was done well. The house and deck look great, considering the mold that had built up over the wet winter and spring we had just had. The price was very reasonable and coordination with the contractor was easy. I didn't have to be home or make any special arrangements other than leaving water and power available, and leaving a check for the work crew.

East coast promptly scheduled and performed the service. They did a great job washing the house. The exterior was noticeably cleaner. The house even smelled clean. Unfortunately, I had to give them a B rating because the solution they used killed a large planter full of (not cheap) flowers. I wish they would have mentioned something prior to the service, I could have easily moved the planter.

The vinyl siding came out great. He cleaned every spot and it looked real good. The gutters were cleaned out and they looked good too. However, the outside of the gutters still had the black "tiger stripes", When I called and asked him about it, he told me that they couldn't be removed. I went online to research it and found out they could in fact be removed very easily. I felt duped and this is why I would not hire him again. Overall the quality of his work was good, but he didn't go the extra mile to make sure the outside of the gutters were clean and then mislead me by saying the "tiger stripes" couldn't be removed. Shame on me for not being there to make sure it got done and asking upfront if the stripes would be removed.

Went just fine...the tech did a good job.

They came and power washed my house. Did a pretty thorough job -- missed on area in the front of my house but overall I was satisfied.
