Contractor showed up on time and went straight to work. Very satisfied with the job.

Michael was prompt, courteous, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I had the gentle power wash done (using Angie's coupon) and the house looks beautiful, clean and bright white again. One side was very dirty due to shade from trees and no sun exposure.. Even the gutter overhangs that tend to get much dirtier are now beautifully clean. We have one window that has leaked into the house in the past when using other services but Michael listened to my concern and was extra careful. No leaks! No streaks! Just beautiful. Will definitely use them again. Great Job!

It was fine. They did a good job at a good price. The quality was good. He did the job just as he promised. He came right on time. We would definitely use him again for powerwashing. We contacted him based on an Angie List special. He did the work just as advertised. They even did a better job than expected. Every aspect was quite professional and satisfactory.

The worker arrived on time and was very professional in reviewing the work to be done. He worked quickly and it was done before I knew it. Only one problem, when it rained hard the next week the gutter overflowed above the garage. When I contacted them they were very responsive and came out the next day to resolve.

Gave a time frame of 8am-3pm and though they mentioned I didn't need to be home, I was home that day anyway. They didn't show within that time frame so I left to run a few errands around 3:30pm and came home about an hour and a half later thinking I'd have to call them to ask what happened, but found that they had already come by. They did a great job, especially with removing all the dirt off our siding ...looks good as new now!

It was ok, but I won't hire the company again. I would say they did the job, but nothing more. We have had gutter cleaning services, deck power washing, and the house power washed in the past from different companies, all of which made a significant effort to ensure that all debris was washed from the deck, patio, sidewalk and porch (without me having to ask). This company did not really do that. I also had to ask to have certain parts re-washed, and at least one part, the interior of the screened in porch, it made a significant difference when he did it again. To the extent he was unable to get something clean the first time around because of staining, oxidation, artillery fungus or whatever, it would have been nice for him to have done a quick walkaround with me to show me where there were issues and why he couldn't get off the dirt, debris. While he was here I pointed out dirt in a few places. He re-cleaned but said that the dirt would keep coming out of the siding. This was one of the few times I did not call around for estimates, because, based on the reviews and the quote $225, it seemed reasonable. I'd rather pay a little more and have a more thorough job and better customer service. Michael, the technician who came out to the house, was fine. He was polite enough, but you could tell that my requests were irritating or putting him behind schedule. I asked him to clean 4 areas one more time and also asked him to rinse off the deck which had a good amount of debris left on it. He did it and was polite enough, but again, could been a bit more friendly. He also left the gate ajar, and we have a small dog. She didn't get out, but certainly this is something, again, that other service providers have always been conscious of. He also made a couple of comments trying to blame dirt and debris on "a lot of rotten wood" around the house, (which we have in only one spot) and on the candles we burn in the interior of the screened in porch (which we don't do because the candles are only for decoration). Last, I asked him to remove the lichen from a small part of the roof. This is a service other providers have done free to charge as it only takes a few minutes. He charged me $20. Not a big deal, and worth the $20, but again, usually something that is otherwise done gratis. In general, the work was fine. I generally expect service provides to go above and beyond. If you hire definitely do a walk around the house though before they leave and make sure to check the gate if you have a dog.

The job went very well, and the exterior of my house has never been so clean. I would highly recommend them.

Company gave a 6 hour big window on when they will be at the home to do the work and did not call when they were on their way or updated timeframe as to when they will be there.. The work of the power washing was great -- house looks great. Only comment I can make is to rinse off the house and windows with clear water as windows were grimy and dirty from the power washing. Overall I would rate work an A-

They did an excellent job. The original problem was the classic 'moss on the north siding' (because of no sunlight and proximity to the next house), and you can't even tell that the moss was ever there. The deck looks brand new, as does the concrete pad and walkways. Highly recommended! Also note that none of this was ever cleaned before (17 years) except by rainstorm and it looks spotless now. The price below is the original price on Angie's before the add-on for the concrete.

The quality of the work was great. I've never seen the exterior coach lights look so clean.

Contractor was responsive and flexible with scheduling. Arrived exactly when he said he would be there (I needed to leave work so this was much appreciated.) Work was done quickly, efficiently, and appropriately. He had no issue with cleaning one part of the siding which was technically my neighbor's side but which faced my bedroom and was extremely dirty. Plants were not harmed, the siding now looks new and the whole process took such little time I was able to return to work soon after. I highly recommend East Coast Powerwashing. This contractor does not use water but instead some sort of cleaning agent applied using his own hose from his truck. He guaranteed my plants would not be harmed and none were. There was no residue left on my deck or anywhere else. Purchased using a special discount offered through Angie's List.

How did it go? It didn't go. I called four times. Left 3 messages and after threatening this bad review finally got a call back and a promised date of May 22nd. Guess what didn't happen on May 22nd? My deck didn't get power washed...surprise! I'm done. Worst $200 I ever lost.

Excellent service, at a fair price. We're adding them as our regular provider. Went with them after reading positive reviews on Angie's List...which are spot on.

Showed up on time. Responsive to my request to pay especial care cleaning the north side of the house that was FILTHY. He actually got that side amazingly clean too. Thanks.

Overall it went well I just had the guy bring out the equipment right before he left it had a spot that he missed on the gutter.

Good on communications and scheduling. They did a great job washing the house, but there were lots of chemical/water stains on windows.
