When we moved here a few months ago, we noticed the floor in the double garage was not the best and there had been some attempt by the builder to grind it level in places. The third garage floor was in much better shape. We went searching for someone who could prep, grind and seal these floors. Fancy was not in the budget. Like many, we started a search for quotes. Although not our first call, Randy was the first to come out and look at the floors. He talked us through the entire process he recommended for each floor and provided options to save money while keeping the quality we were seeking. Very honest - he told us what we could expect and what we could not expect. We are so pleased with the results. Both are exactly as we expected and worth every penny. Randy used a better product than we would have purchased ourselves. He repaired as many of the defects as possible, correctly filled the control joints for easier cleaning, ground the chipped and rough edges and even did the stem walls. Fortunately, we had the flexibility to work into his schedule when weather interrupted work on his outside jobs. We feel so lucky. While our request for these garage floors was a simple finish, Randy can do much fancier options. He will walk you through each choice with you so your expectations match what can be done with the targeted floor and product you choose - straight up and down honest - something we really appreciate. Randy really knows his craft and you cannot go wrong hiring this awesome individual for your concrete floor project.

It was a relief speaking to Randy as everything that I knew about properly coating a floor he knew and a lot more on top of that! Randy Schuh did an amazing job putting epoxy on our garage floor. He looked at our garage, made suggestions for color choice, and picked the absolute best color to go with our wall paint. He spent two days grinding and cleaning the floor, and two more days applying the various products, including an abundant coating of flakes. That makes the floor! We have seen many epoxy floors, including some in high-end model homes, and none are as nice as ours. Great job, Randy!
