I don't know that we've ever had more than one or two interruptions within this period.

We haven't had any issues, unlike my sister. The price is probably high, but we have been satisfied with the FiOS service and the cable service. My sister got inexplicably cut off, and they couldn't explain to her why. The bill was on time, but it was going to take them about two weeks to set up. They cancelled the service, and within an hour they got a call that Verizon wanted to keep them as a customer.

I like the quality of the connection. It is very stable and it seems to be just working fine for cable and internet. I have pretty good reception and have no problems.

I will use them again in the future.

I love the reliability, but I think it is a little expensive.

I have been using Verizon Fios for about 4 years for internet and cable services. I did have an issue with this company but was able to get everything taken care of.

I heard about them through commercial television. They fix their price for two years and jump up after that. Their internet service is faster than most people's office building. I would use them again in the future.

It's a great service, high speed internet, reliable voice over phone service, and HG television. I've been using them for a couple of years. It high end service and you get what you pay for.

I am very happy with the service that I get and when there are problems, they are professional and quick to fix the issues. I rate them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

They are alright, not perfect but alright.

I have a bundle plan which includes all three services. Their internet service is fast and we have not had problems with the telephone. With the cable service occasionally we lose channels or something will not be working right. If I have an issue I have to call the 1800 number and I am usually on hold for over 20 minutes. It is not unusual for my call getting dropped, and I have to hold again. They try to make you go to their self-service feature on their website which is terrible. It is a painful process to get service with them. For their cable TV there is no option to use except for their cable box. For the DVR service you need the cable box as well. When you do get somebody on the telephone it is pretty clear they have outsourced their call centre to somebody out of United States and sometimes there is a language problem. It is just not a good situation.

The overall experience is good. The quality is fairly good but there are a couple of glitches here and there. I think the price is high but I like the services that I get. It is difficult to reach someone, but once you do reach them they are right here to take care of the problem.

We've been using them for a year and we haven't had any problems. The price is reasonable for everything that we have. We are running 3 computers and 5 boxes off of them. They have a monopoly in this area. We would like the quality to be better but we get what we have. They are very punctual. I've only had to call them out once. We will continue to use them.

They get an A. They are good except for the price.
