The tech, Eddie, called to give me his ETA, arrived on time, did a thorough job, and was pleasant and professional. I thought the cost was a bit high but it was what was quoted in advance.

They promptly responded to my inquiry, quickly scheduled the tech to come out and service our gas fireplace, the issue was fixed quickly and I was charged as quoted. The tech answers all question and quickly sent me a quote for additional work I was considering. Definitely recommend and will call on them again.

Conde Tech Services was great! Eddie repaired and serviced my 30yr old fireplace and left it running like new. He answered all my questions and showed me how to replace the batteries snd adjust the fan inside. I’d definitely use this company again.

Most other services I called for a repair of my non-working gas fireplace wanted to inspect my firplace, clean the firplace, check the fireplace to give me an estimate, etc. None of them would agree to just repair it without doing things I did not need done. They quoted anywhere from $99 to $325 to clean, ispect, etc., but no commitment to repair the log fireplace. Conde Tech Services was the exception. They quoted $250 to clean the logs and the enclosure and repair the non-working fireplace. Eddie was the technician. he spent close to 3 hours meticulously cleaning each element of the logs and the enclosure, replaced batteries, and got the logs to fire up again. He was also an excellent communicator and focused on repairing things, not rushing to get out with a quote for future services. Good man, Eddie.

Honest and quick

I would give them more than five stars!. From the first call to the end of the service the staff was top notch . In another company that was recommended by you had a bait and switch. Along with the price for a routine cleaning in tiny print there was a $22 per month maintenance contract attached to the price. Why would I need a monthly maintenance for a gas fireplace Had I not had my magnifying glass. I would never have seen the bait and switch. So glad I hired Conde Tech Services, LLC. Other companies, without seeing, thought that it was the shower/tub diverter valve, but Andrew was very knowledgeable and found simple solutions to that and another plumbing problem. He went above and beyond and fixed my sink also. I was charged exactly what he quoted to me before he began the work. He also addressed and an electrical concern that I had and quoted me the price for an electrical safety inspection which I plan on scheduling for a later date.
