Mathew is the most friendly tech I have met so far. He's professional and patient. His job was thorough and complete with clean worksite before walking away. I would strongly recommend him and his company.

The service person was very nice.

The guy was very friendly to our dogs. I was going to karate them and he said no it was okay.

Came quickly and diagnosed the problem with my furnace. Had to order a new part but was able to get it and install it the next day. My heater is working better than before. And it didn't cost me an arm and leg.

Owner Matthew Conde responded immediately to Home Advisor entry: furnace stopped working on Halloween night, with asthma resident in the house. My (former) contractor was booked all weekend, but Matthew came within a few hours! He diagnosed furnace and found that fan motor was shot: presented option of replacing it or furnace itself. Since furnace was 18 years old, I went with new Carrier Infinity furnace which was installed 3 days later. Great relief, after 3 days of portable heaters! Matthew, Jason and Kenny (installers) were exceptionally professional, personable, experienced and knowledgeable. They explained everything to our satisfaction, including use of smart thermostat. After installers had left, we noticed that green light on air filter wouldn't come on. Matthew came over that evening, checked out furnace to his satisfaction, and found that there was no power to nearby outlet plug, After rewiring outlet, media air filter was working again! Conde Tech Services is a young company which we highly recommend! We plan to use them for years to come! Thank you, Home Advisor, and thank you, Conde Tech Services -so glad we found you!

This guy is young and has that techie cutting edge experience. He came in recognizing my problem immediately. He split my AC system to function on multiple levels and I can choose a single level to cool or multiple levels. Not only did this improve my comfort at home, but reduced how long my unit ran during the blistering heat this summer ( remember my statement about cutting edge). Pricing was reasonable and very customer-oriented. Trust me, you want this guy who doesn t come into your home and start throwing big names around and speaking in tongues that = a ton of money. He doesn t try and take advantage of you if you re woman or not familiar with the overall DNA of heating and cooling system. Try em! You won t like this company. You ll love this company!

Matt was awesome! My a/c wasn't cooling and it was a holiday weekend. I am so glad that he came out and fixed our a/c!! I slept so well in the cool and I am grateful to have received a fair price and excellent service!!!

I highly recommend investing in this company. Matt and Jaysun did a great job with repairs to my AC unit. I was servicing another company. My AC went down. I called the company to come fix it. They told me that I needed a new AC unit. Told me I had to pay almost 6k. So I went to home advisor and found Conde Tech. When they came to look at my AC unit they told me that it needed to be cleaned and that I didn’t need a new AC unit. They did a great job cleaning it and making it new. They saved me so much money. These are guys are honest and genuine. They focused on the job without disrupting my home. I appreciate this company so much. I fired the other company and told them I don’t need their services anymore. From now on if I need any heating or cooling fix, I call Conde Tech services.

Matt Conde, the owner, scheduled me as soon as possible; even tried to fit my repair in at 9PM! I preferred to go with the following morning - he arrived on schedule and since I am quarantined, stayed on the phone with me while he was outside, fixing my inoperable fan. Matt kept me apprised of all necessary repairs, helped me to reset the thermostat, and completed payment and digital receipt all over the phone. The rates are competitive with the 'specials' I receive in the mail, but the service is top-quality attention to detail. Conde Tech absolutely has my business and I recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy service.

I would recommend Conde Tech Services to anyone in need of HVAC service, installation, and/or repair. We had an issue with our condenser tripping its fuse when running for more than a few minutes. Another HVAC company hired by our home warranty company claimed the repair would require either replacing a part, which would take weeks to deliver and install, or replacing the condenser itself, which could be accomplished faster, but would be very costly. Matthew from Conde Tech saved us weeks of aggregation or thousands of dollars when, during his inspection, he found the previous tech had misdiagnosed the issue. The fuse, not the condenser, was the problem. Matthew fixed the fuse and serviced the condenser for half the price that the previous HVAC tech quoted us for repairing the incorrect issue with the condenser (which not only wouldn’t have solved the problem, but, worse, would have left us with a continuing fire hazard). My wife and I are not only extremely satisfied with Conde Tech, we are grateful to Matthew personally for resolving an issue that put our house and safety at risk. We will be using Conde for all of our HVAC needs moving forward.

I had a small issue with AC but the technician put me at ease and explained every step. Thankfully it was a minor. Hired Conde to perform routine maintenance.
