Diagnosed the issue with our gas fireplace, maintenanced the unit - worked perfectly after 2 hours of work. The major gas fireplace company I usually use estimated $2,500 of parts and labor to repair - just trying to upsell me. Conde got it fixed good as new for $250.

Andrew was late in the arrival window but did a great job of keeping in touch with me to let me know he was running behind. I loved that the company sent a photo of him so I could ID him when I answered the door. He did a very thorough job of cleaning our gas fireplaces, checking the gas lines and left his work space immaculate. I would definitely recommend this company for maintenance of gas log fireplaces.

Matthew got our fireplace up and running. We thought it was not operational but turned out it was and a pretty nice one too! He did a full inspection and made sure it was in good condition and patiently explained the operation modes. We will surely Conde Tech in the future. Great experience!
