Jaysun came by and didn t just charge me and leave. He provided lots of great information on how the system worked, how to maintain it properly, and things to watch for to know when maintenance is required. I highly recommend Conde Tech services and will be using them for my next HVAC need.

He was very professional. My AC went out on Saturday night and he responded right away and came out to my house and fixed the AC. Highly recommended!!!

What an absolute JOY to do business with Conde! When I first talked to Matt on the phone, I knew right away I would have them come to fix my pilot issue. I cancelled my other appointment. The sense of truly caring about attending to my issue was apparent. Jason is a phenomenal professional -- knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough! What more should I say? He came in, diagnosed my issue, and fixed it! If you want a TRUE service provider, to be assured you're not going to be taken for a ride or sold something you don't need, you need look no further! Jason educated me every step of the way, made sure I knew about how my furnace works, and what he needed and did do. He's personable as well, so we chatted about some "life" things. They'll be coming out to do my maintenance and some much-needed water heater flush as well! What a relief to establish a relationship with true professionals! I was obtaining quotes on immediate service needed on my Aunt's older furnace. We're in the process of selling the property and I had concerns we would be taken advantage of since time was a factor. I connected with Conde through HomeAdvisor,they responded very promptly and we immediately set up an appointment for several days out, but then they called me back within the hour, said they had an opening come up that same day. Matt Conde came out, he was very professional and very thorough in his inspection of the unit and corresponding flue located on the roof. He and I even went over some issues found on a home inspection report I had, and Matt made sure everything was taken care of. Matt performed the work very quickly and very thoroughly, including vacuuming out the exterior closet where the furnace is located. He was very patient in explaining exactly what he had done during the process, then charged me the amount they had quoted at the time I made the appointment over the phone (for the cleaning and inspection, no repairs were needed). I will recommend Conde to anyone and everyone who could use their services! Thanks so much guys for making that part of the sale of my Aunt's house quite pleasant!!
