Very patient and thorough in the explanation of what I needed. I felt they took the extra time to really examine my options and recommend what was best for me, rather than going for the upsell. The rates for work are reasonable and a good value for the level of service you're getting. I know I won't be looking elsewhere and I'd heartily recommend them to anyone.

Lower heating unit was not working on a Sunday. Came the same afternoon. Reset the sensors after we had changed the filter. Only const was visit fee. Very courteous and prompt service on a Sunday.

Conde Tech have been a life saver for me as my Furnace broke, they were able to schedule a same day service and was their to fix the issue immediately. Owner came himself, super professional and very friendly fixed the issue within minutes and gave me advice on how to take care of it as well. I am really glad I hired them :)

Jaysun was on time for an appointment a few hours asked I called with my emergency appointment heater fail on a cold day, wonderfully competent, cost effective and saved us money by using his modified leaf blower to clear the rocks out of the intake pipe that my three year old terrorist had out rocks in. Otherwise he would have had to cut up all the pipe to clear it and reinstall it. Thank you!

Conde responded quickly and kept me informed of ETA, which was very helpful considering this was an emergency response late night. Conde Helped me fix my homes emergency heating issue but also went above and beyond by giving me sound advice and assisted with evening out heat distribution throughout my home making the system work more efficiently. Very professional and great work. Highly recommend.

Fast and efficient

Conde replaced our failed (and improperly installed) furnace. These guys are sincerely committed to quality, did not cut corners and kept us well informed of every detail. It was a complicated install, we hit a few snags (just stuff that couldnt be anticipated) and it ended up costing a little more, but they dealt with those gracefully. Highly recommend.

Great work on our HVAC and hot water heater, reasonable prices that were discussed before the work was done, and low pressure recommendations on future work that should be done. My furnace went out and Code Tech provided me with options without feeling pressured. I ended up having them replace the furnace and also address my summer cooling issues. I am quite satisfied with the work and services I received.

What a wonderful company! From the first call returned at 10 pm the night our furnace died to the final touches of installing the units (we opted to replace our 20 year old furnace and water heater), Matt Conde and his team were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They made a much appreciated effort to explain our problem and the most cost efficient way to deal with it. Never did we feel pressured to make a purchase but we did feel confident that all possibilities were explained. They even installed a temporary part so we would have heat while the new unit was sent from Kentucky. I plan on signing a maintenance plan for spring and fall HVAC check ups!!!!!
