Matthew was great to work with. Not sure if he's an owner or employee of the company, but he gave the job the care, time, and attention you would expect from the actual owner of the company. Both of our gas fireplaces needed to be repaired, and we couldn't even get another company to come out to look at them until Spring. Matthew came out the same day (thanks to a cancellation), and had everything working smoothly in a matter of hours. Where most repair people will tell you they need to order parts and come back in a few weeks, Matthew had the parts he needed on his truck and was completely prepared.

I called Conde and got a call back same evening. Matt came out the next night to complete the work in a professional manner with clean booties and rubber gloves. Professional, efficient, clean, complete work at a fair price. I recommend this contractor.

Called several places and most didn t respond or couldn t come for 3 weeks. Matt came the same night (8:30 pm) and found the issue and fixed it.

I had three pros look at the heating system in my rental property. The first suggested the entire system needs to be replaced for a cost of over $5,000. The second suggested a new control panel is needed along with a few other maintenance issues for a cost of over $500. Conde was the third and immediately suggested the easiest and most cost effective fix of replacing the Relay. The technician mentioned if that's not the problem, he will come back and apply the cost of the relay to replacing the control panel. He spent almost two hours at the property and explained in detail everything he thought was the issue. For the diagnostic, parts, and labor, the total cost was about $220. I waited about a month to write this review just to make sure everything is still good and it certainly is. On time, thorough, knowledgeable, and HONEST. Can't beat that when it comes to HVAC contractors! I couldn't be happier with the service Conde Tech provided and will not hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.

Matthew and Jason are true professionals, very well experienced and have great passions and love what they are doing. That differentiates them from other people who just do their work. They treat your issue as their own problem so not only your problem is solved to your satisfaction but in a very economical way. I would give 6 stars if there is one. Highly recommended

It was a cold and rainy Saturday night when I came home. I was expecting to have a warm toasty homecoming except I was greeted with chilly air and coldness of the floor. I discovered that the thermostat had stopped working. It was late so I called the company that I had been using for years, though I was a bit reluctant to call since the last experience with them was bordering a rip off. After I left a message, before I jumped into my bed intenting to ride the cold night out, I decided to use Angie's List and perhaps I would have someone call me on Sunday morning to do the work. Shortly after I placed the project info, within a few minutes I got a text from Matt Conde of Conde Tech Services. They said they could come out tonight if I am up for it. I said to myself, wow, these guys really work quite hard, so without any hesitation I decided to give them a try. Matt and his brother showed up at around 12:30 am and got to work right away. It turned out that the problem was not the thermostat but something to do with the electrical wiring of the system. In any event, they ended up did not finish the diagnosis and repair until around 3 am that morning. Matt and his brother had to take turn going out in the cold to work on the heat pump. I was quite impressed with the dedication and passion that they had for their job. These days, you don't find that many folks out there who are passionate about their jobs. So I asked them why they started their business and Matt explained that he and his brother were working for a large company for many years and they became dissatisfied as to how the emphasis had been placed on profits over the customer service. At the end of the night (or crazy early Sunday morning), I was very thankful for Conde Tech Services and they have earned a life time customer. :)

I got HVAC annual maintenance. Matthew gave me a detailed description of what was included with the maintenance. Matthew was knowledgeable, very organized, personable and patient. He was on time, took his time for quality work and did exactly what he had quoted. The invoice was very thorough and timely. I had shopped around and he was the best value with the best service. Would definitely hire again.

Easy scheduling, thorough work. Staff that listens to your concerns and takes the time to fully resolve it. Everything is explained well and I think good value.
