They showed up at 8:30am as promised and by 9:30 the tree was completely down, they were removing their safety gear and putting their tools away while cleaning up. I've watched other tree services take at least 6 hours and cause damage to property. BBB came with everything to get the job done quickly, safely and efficiently.
