5 years later I dug out Schindler's number because of his work the last time. (See Roger H's review from 2020). Andy again came right on time, communicated well, told me what needed done and the price, did amazing fast work, and got it done in record time. He's punctual, nice, respectful, and thorough. Do not hesitate to reach out to this company for your needs!

Schindler Roofing showed up on time for the initial inspection & estimate, they showed on the day they said they would for the repairs. They did an excellent job repairing my roof. They were within the estimate quote. They cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of my home & me. Thank you very much.

Andy called the next morning and up that same afternoon. He came thr next and repaired my roof! They quick and very professional and do what say they will do.

Andy came out on a Saturday after a large wind storm in April 2020 had blown shingles off and damaged my roof. After having been stood up by one guy who had done some previous work for me, I got in touch with him late on a Friday. He thankfully agreed to come out on the Saturday before Easter to do the repair. He was timely, efficient, and got the work done well and quickly. The most reasonable rates, and made my house sound and secure taking much anxiety off my shoulders. I would 100% recommend Schindler roofing for your needs, both emergency and large jobs!

Andy Schindler is fast, professional and doesn't pull any punches. He and his team were quick with an estimate and worked very fast to re-roof my garage and subsequently repair a leak in the roof of my house. Andy was very prompt in responding to my request for help with a leaking roof. He was at my house the next day and went up on my roof. He came back down with pictures and explained what was happening and what he needed to do to fix it. He gave me a written quote that night via email and took the time to explain the best and worst case scenario. He and his guys were respectful of my property and kept me in the loop via email. We couldn't have picked a better roofing company. Andy Schindler and his crew were professional, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We needed a complete shingle removal, new shingles, and roof overhang extensions. Andy also saw and fixed numerous roofing problems....rotten wood, flashing issues, and improper air venting...all which will save us future problems and money. Mr. Schindler gave us exceptional service and quality work that we very much appreciate. I highly recommend his company.

Andy Schindler is an experienced craftsman who you can trust to diagnose and perform the most difficult repairs to your roof. He quickly identified problems that had resulted due to the quality of the original construction and was able to rectify them all in one visit. Many pros can install flashing and shingles, but Andy has a keen understanding of how they work. That means you can have confidence that his work will stand the test of time and the elements.

Andy came shortly after I called. He came and looked at my roof and told me he will fix it in between his other jobs since its a minor fix. I had a few shingles missing. He came back about a day or so later and replaced the shingles. He also told me that my roof will need to be replaced in about 5 years. Very professional! Will hire him again!

Originally called Andy to give estimate on repair of roof due to leak in dining room ceiling. He responded to call immediately and came within 48 hours. After looking at area in dining room ceiling, he went on the roof. After he came down to talk, he had taken many pictures of my roof problems including the area where the leak was coming from. He responded that my original concern could be fixed, but it would be costly due to labor intensity and actual area to replace due to some rotten plywood where 2 different roof heights and roof rotation meet. He also said the house would need a complete new roof in the foreseeable future. I told Andy I would get back with him soon. My wife and I decided to go ahead with the complete new roof and it was a good decision. Andy is professional, knowledgeable, and does everything in a responsible manner. I would give him a higher review, but you only have 5 stars.

I called around for price quotes, and Andy was the only one who got back in touch with me. More than that, he responded within an hour, came out to give me the quote within two hours, and fit me in between preexisting appointments within two business days. Exceptional! And friendly!

Mr. Schindler explained what he found wrong, detailed the work needing to be done along with his estimate for the project. He was dependable, hardworking and personable. He continued everyday until the project was finished. My roof looks great and I definitely recommend him.

Mr. Schindler came and inspected the stairs to my deck, detailed the work needed to get the stairs in proper working order and provided a very reasonable estimate of the cost of the purposed repairs. Came to work when scheduled and performed the repairs in an excellent manner. Mr. Schindler is a craftsman that does outstanding work at a reasonable cost. Schindler's expertise extends beyond roofing. I had a sagging deck and Mr Schindler explained in detail how to fix it , gave me a reasonable repair estimate and I hired him. He came early the next day and fixed not only the main problem but also some related deck support issues that were going to be an issue.

I had hired two other roofers to correct a long standing problem and both failed to do the job adequately. Mr. Schindler explained what he found that was wrong, how it was repaired and to call him if it leaked again.
