Did the job as promised with no surprise fees for the best price. email response was a bit sluggish, possibly because they are so busy. Answered all my questions. When the initial repair wasn't quite right, they came out again to make it right.

Mark was quick, professional, responsive and communicative. The repair was full addressed and he didn't try to up-sell me on anything.

Had other estimates on cost that were lower, but Central Services came highly recommended from a friend. Very quiet workers. Took about five hours. Carefully cleaned after completion. Gave instructions on use and meaning of light indicators.

I have used Central Virginia Services for years to provide servicing, repairs and installation of HVAC systems and related equipment in my own home. I also have recommended CVS to numerous clients ( I am a Realtor) with confidence. They are alway punctual, very professional and their pricing is excellent. On a number of occasions, Mark has repaired equipment for me inexpensively and given me money-saving advice. I have never felt up-sold or over-sold. His honesty is beyond question and I feel good sending my clients to him because I know he has integrity.

Work went great! The updates required draining the entire system to then put in new pressure relief valves, back flow prevention device, proper over flow drain line, and water supply shut off valve. System was then re-filled, air was bled from the radiators, and water temperature checked. Mark, the gentleman who performed the work, arrived within time frame he had indicated, kept me appraised of how things were going, answered all my questions, and even wore boot covers to protect our wood floors when he went from radiator to radiator to bleed the system. Diligently worked until the job was done. We'd definitely contact Mark again.

Mark and Coleman were prompt, very polite, clean and able to fix all concerns. Could answer all questions, explain clearly not only system installing, but difference between other options and the current home system. Let me choose without pressure. We have been on contract with Central Virginia Services for our Heating & A/C units for many years. When our hot water heater died the day before we were taking our eldest child to college for the first time, Mark Page was the first person we thought to call. Mark got the job done while we were away. I didn't give it a second thought while we were gone. We got back to hot water and a job well done.

Great! Technician called to let me know he was on his way and told me when to expect him. When he arrived he was courteous and knowledgeable, worked fast and was informative.

Called Central Virginia Services on the Tuesday after we had returned home from the lake house. Mark contacted me within an hour and agreed to inspect the unit the same day. Mark called me from the lake house precisely when he said he would to inform me that it appeared that everything was working correctly but he would stay a while longer to confirm that all was good. I asked Mark if he would please go ahead and complete some proactive maintenance on the unit, which he did and reported back once it had been completed. Mark was extremely helpful and courteous during all correspondence and later in the day sent me an invoice for the repair, which I thought was very reasonable.

Mark Page came to my house within an hour - after hours - to assist with my issue. He was very efficient, polite, and solved the problem. We will purchase a maintenance contract from him to assure he continues his good care of our home.

Excellent! They were prompt in responding to my phone call and came out in less than 24 hours (which is pretty impressive when it was in the upper 90s and they likely had several other customers without air conditioning). They repaired everything quickly and the cost seemed reasonable. I am a single woman who knows nothing about repairing things and this business seems both competent and trustworthy.
