We had a very high wind storm come through our state one evening. It actually covered about a quarter of the nation. That was back in July of this year. I had about 15' to 20' of oak tree broke durning this storm. We were one of the lucky one and only lost power for a day. We lost everything in the frig. I also noticed the damage to the tree. I call my insurance agent and discussed the damage with them. They said they would pay $500 toward removing the live tree. I made calls to 3 tree serivce companies. J &J told me the cost would be $800. That was $400 less than one company and about $600 less than the other. They gave me the estimate on July 13. I had to wait about 2 weeks to set a day for removal. That was due to the larger number of claims from this huge storm. It caused delays from insurance companies settling claims. I was able to get a date for the morning of Sept. 4. Again this was due to the very large amount of damage across the country and state. They showed up the morning of Sept 4 and went right to work. In about 2 hours they were done. There were 6 men. They worked very well together. They knew what they were doing and when and how to do it. They cleaned up very well. Including the 3 dead squirrels that were killed due to the break of the top of the tree. I was very pleased with their work. I will use them again when I need tree service.

They took the tree down, cleaned it up and hauled it away. They were here when they said they would be. They let me borrow a smaller trimmer to trim some branches off of another tree. They even cleared those branches and took them away too. My overall experience was excellent.
