Service pro states this was a make ready for country home, upon inspection it needed trees removed, fields bush hogged, ect, a lot of work that cost more than original phone conversation indicated. Customer agreed to 3 phase plan, work done, customer happily paid pro said work was great. almost year later customer changes story after home didn't sell and yards have over grown again.
