They were on time and worked quickly with 3 people. The house smelled much better once they were done. The estimate was lower than others companies and ended up paying just less than the estimate.

Our ducts are all metal, fabricated for the house in 1950 with no insulation. Several weeks before we were to have our heating/air system replaced I tried to determine if the ducts needed cleaning. I used our house vac and extended the hose through a return register in one room for several feet. The nozzle of the hose stopped up and I pulled the hose out. The suction was holding a 15" long mass of accumulated dust/animal fur etc. in the hose end. When Wooldridge H&A came to take out the old furnace, the Duct Duster crew arrived there at the same time. By the time the Furnace guys had removed the furnace the DD guys had all of the registers off and equipment for cleaning the ducts in place. I told them about my adventure vacuuming the wad of stuff out, they were not surprised. They showed me that the ducts had never been opened for cleaning, as far as they could determine. They explained thoroughly all of their process before beginning. I did not clock the amount of time they were here, but it was at least 3 hours. Neat and professional.

Duct Dusters got here right on time and did the service based on the estimate. We have three HVAC systems in the house. They cleaned out all the ducts, washed the covers and checked the HVAC systems. They didn't have to clean the HVAC since I have service on them twice a year who keeps them very clean. Technicians were polite and explained the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

1st rate job. Chris (owner) did the estimate and was there to work with his crew. Every appt was on time and the job was done professionally as it was explained to me at the time of the estimate.

everything went great. they arrived and got right to work. explained everything as they went. I could hear the junk as they spun and blew it out. took heat pump motor out and cleaned it , inside the unit coils and cleaned drain line, cleaned all register and return covers. put everything back including some furniture. they got here 1/2 hr late but they did call. I live in 2 story town house with 7 vents and 1 return. I watched them do it all and they were very thorough. 3 guys in and out in 2 hours. very happy!

We were extremely pleased with the service that Duct Dusters provided. We asked for estimates from several vendors and Chris was the only one that was willing to invest the time to come out and inspect the house before giving us the estimate. And once he provided the detailed estimate, he honored it, even though we discovered a couple other registers once we started the process. He and his team were extremely professional and courteous. It was very obvious that Chris, with his 20+ years of experience in the duct cleaning business, knew what he was doing. And the fact that he does the local subcontracting work for several national cleaning vendors reinforced our decision to use him. In fact, we were so pleased that my brother immediately signed him up to clean the ductwork in his house. That job was also a big success. Overall we think the service was excellent and would highly recommend Duct Dusters.

My son bought a house that had lots of dust and since he and his son both have asthma we paid to have Duct Dusters come in. My husband was there for the estimate and also for the day of cleaning. I suppose the best testiment to how good they were and their pricing is that we then had them come do our home. They built a new cool air return at both houses and provided us with filters to help manage the dog hair at our house and dust and pollen at my son's house. Both houses were built in the early 70's and I don't think the dicts at either had ever been cleaned. The reason we called Duct Dusters is because two of my co-workers had just had them out to their homes and highly recommended them.

It went wonderfully. I highly recommend them. We live quite a ways out in the mountains. I had a hard time getting someone to come out. He came out once for the estimate and once to do the service and did a great job.
