Description of Work: I called for an estimate last week. The company did not show up as promised to estimate my job. In fact, I heard nothing from them. Consequently, I had another firm do my repairs. Three hours after repairs were completed by another firm, Patriot showed up unannounced and asked to bid on the job. I sent them packing.

Arrived in less than hour after, described exact nature of the problem, gave me an estimate and finished the job within 1.5 hours after. Also assured me that if there were to be any leaks in the future, to just give him a call and he would come fix it right away.
