The work involved a significent challenge in lifting and decking under an existing outdoor kitchen. York River Outdoors did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship was better than most other contractors and their work ethic was outstanding. They maintained excellant communication and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner. "Matt came out and set up an annual contract for landscaping with a schedule for what was done each month($450/mo). They came out to mow twice in October then I never heard from them again! Except to receive a monthly invoice. I was supposed to get yard cleanup and two leaf cleanups between the end of October and December. When I received the December invoice I asked the office manager why I had not received my services for November. She said she would look into it and have someone get back to me. A week later, (12/15), I still had not heard back from anyone. I canceled my contract with them and all future work and I still never heard a word from them. Zero attempts to rectify the situation or to apologize. I do not understand how they can still be in business if there are other clients who have been treated this way!"
