Competent, courteous and the highest quality services are what Pro Water Inc. offers customers. I have owned other water systems, but Water Pro Inc. is the epitomy of excellence in their business.
Description of Work: Checked operation of entire system. Performed computer readout of system readout (lab computer) analyzed water and answered all questions.

Description of Work: In our area good water is very difficult to acquire - Water Pro came to our place, analyzed the water and recommended what treatments we needed. The systems they installed provided great water and is still working very well after 9 years.

 + -1 moreThe original testing was expertly conducted and thoroughly explained. We were especially impressed with the number of parameters tested and the rationale behind the test design. Steve's experience and technical knowledge provided the assurance that we were being offered the exact services we needed, and nothing more. We purchased the recommended system, and the technician arrived promptly and performed a very neat and efficiently arranged installation. We were carefully and fully briefed on its operation, and the system is performing very well indeed. This is an excellent company, and the professionalism extends to every member of the team we interacted with. The office staff couldn't have been more personable and helpful when we talked with them on the phone. We are extremely happy with our decision.

Description of Work: They were on time, very personable, seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy their solution seems very cookie cutter but to be fair the well water problems in our area are commonly known. That solution does probably work well everywhere here and he did explain what other solutions could and could not do. That was good service. When I have the money for a proper solution I will definitely call them.
