Description of Work: Removed an old fiberglass shower and installed a new tile shower. Everything was done on-schedule and within the estimate. When a minor tweak was needed the work crew came back quickly and made the needed repair. | |Lockwood Carpet is an asset to this community.

+ -1 moreHaving Tim involved made the project easy and efficient. The job was completed on time and to my satisfaction through the eyes of the real estate broker.
Description of Work: The job was tricky in that I live in New York and my mother's house (job) is in Mathews, VA precluding me from on site management of the project. Additionally, I was having additional renovations done which made scheduling somewhat more complicated. However, I explained clearly my needs to Tim Ward who acted as the point person for Lockwood. He reviewed the house, provided a detailed estimate and took swatches to my real estate broker to choose the best color/wear for the house. I appreciated this extra effort.

Description of Work: We purchased vinyl and carpeting from them and they installed it as well. The total area included about 2000 feet. The experience was great. They were a very good company to work with and the installers knew what they were doing and did a great job. We had no problems at all.
