Description of Work: Came in for an estimate for refinishing a hardwood floor. Very professional but estimate was 50% higher than vendor used (Cheek flooring). Considered this vendor because a neighbor/friend reconended him because of a bahtroom renovation from a std tub/shower to installing an all tile walk in shower. He was very happy with the work and considered it a fair price-- but I thought it was good but over priced. He also claimes to do hard wood flooring and refinishing. Saw sample pictures of his work but he was expensive by comparsion. I was very happy with the vendor I finally used
