Things obviously didn't go well at all.
Description of Work: I spoke with one of the owners (Jennifer) and made arrangements to have her as well as her partner come to my home on May 12, 2011 for a walk-through. We also made arrangements for the house to be cleaned on May 13th. I called Jennifer on May 12th, since she never did show up at my house, but I got her Voice Mail. I left a message, which has never been returned. Needless to say, they were a no-show on May 13th as well. I was pretty disappointed, inasmuch as I actually believed their websites claims.
