Eastern Home Inspections

Marty of Eastern Home Inspections responded to my urgent service request call promptly working me into his busy schedule the next business day. He was professional, courteous, and thorough providing an excellent explanation of his inspection findings. I intend to utilize his company to provide a final inspection once the necessary repairs to the home's crawl space are completed.

On time, polite and knowledgeable. Marty was great to work with. He did a thorough inspection of my home, took air samples and gave me a lot of useful information. We later found the issue/s ourselves. In hindsight he would possibly have found it of he had inspected the roof, but he did not.

Very professional and detailed in their inspection. Although I live in another state, I had no problem scheduling an appointment and the representative was on time as scheduled. They showed up on time but had no visible sign they were who they were. There was no contract signed and no business card provided.

Do not even waste your time. Go with someone else. Seemed apropos to a “wake and bake” type of personality. Horrible experience.

Well, my inspector, Marty came out during a snow storm! I didn't think he would be able to keep his appointment but he did! Very professional! Such a down-to-Earth guy, very kind and personable. Marty was the one that came to do inspections. Very thorough and professional. Told me things about my home that I didn't know of.
