Description of Work: Solved water smell resulting from changes in system due to construction. They were prompt in coming and very professional and knowledgable. They installed the system originally and we have been totally satisfied.

+ -1 moreI hired another Company to come out and check our system...and it was NOT working! The first thing the new Company Technician did was test my water, and found that our system was NOT working (like I tried to tell the "technician" that Commonwealth Water sent out) He then found out that the system had not been set properly when it was installed...and that it would NEVER have cycled by itself because the setting was too low. The owner of Commonwealth Water called and denied that I was billed for the "service call". My Husband told him I was indeed billed for it, and had paid the bill. He said it was a mistake...and that we should not have been billed....did he send a refund of the charges? NO!! If it was a "mistake" that I was billed for a "service call" then I haven't seen any refund check! *** Update: I did receive a refund check of $110.00 from the owner ***
Description of Work: I called them because my water treatment system (Cost almost $3,000.00) that they installed was not working properly. Owner sent out a "technician" that seemed bothered to have to come out to check it. He turned a screw, was at my house for approx. 15 minutes...did NOT test my water...told me to cycle the other tank in about an hour...then left. Did not call me to see if that fixed it...THEN sent me a bill for $110.00 for a "Service Call"! Would NOT use them again any time in the future.
