Came within time frame and did call ahead. Was neat, clean, took care to protect the kitchen and seemed to know what to do and fix.

We had a 10 year old GE profile side by side refrigerator. Briggs promptly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and got the repair done once the part came in. Appreciate having someone knowledable who could explain the issue and know exactly how to get it fixed. I would definitely recommend this business.

I called and set up an appointment to have my ice maker/water dispenser repaired. I was given a time frame and was told I would receive a phone call to let me know the repairman was on the way. I never got a call and the repairman never showed.

My dryer could not be repaired due to age and the fact that the control panel is no longer made. They arrived when scheduled and explained everything well but there was nothing they could do. Shame it cost me $95 to find out.
