This company was absolutely perfect. The customer service/ dispatch professional Ms. Jackie was an angel. She was professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The techs, Wayne and Nate were courteous, knowledgeable and professional the entire time. They took their shoes off in the house, and put covers on their feet. They provided preventive guidance and explained everything they were checking or doing very clearly. This team of professionals were the best and I would recommend them all to anyone looking for a top notch company. I have them on speed dial.

The verified appointment for next day. Sent a picture of electrician who would be coming, sent message when electrician was enroute. Service was outstanding, and they will be returning for a nice upgrade to our kitchen, 40 years old and in need of more outlets!

I was quoted a price of $49 to tell me what was wrong with my overhead lights. when he got here Iwas told the$49 price is he could tell by looking,if he had to pull the picture it would be $209. There was also a gas fee of $14.50 that I wasn't told of on the phone. It wound up costing $249 for him to change a light bulb. Then he did a "free" inspection.After 2 hours I was given a price of $4900 to fix electrical problems? I told him to leave, he wanted to give me 2 more quotes.I said no and to leave.He said I had to sign a paper refusing the quote. He never checked the wiring I was having a problem with

A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Deonte was super professional and very well educated on his trade for such a young guy. Deonte definitely went above and beyond on all the work we had them do, and even worked the entire day to get it done. We will be definitely calling them back in the future.

Great service deonte! and customer service jackie. But the price chart are expensive than others. Istall my interlock kit, circuit breaker, inlet box reliance, 25ft 30 amp. Ridgid Cords. I research to homedepot.com total cost less than $175.00 to $200.00 but i paid to asbury electric for $701.00 for everything intead of $801.00 discounted because i bought plan deonte said i got already discount $100.00 if i bought plan. but for me is not thats what i feel that time. plus i paid also $49.99 service fee plus i bought home plan to them for $9.99 a month plan to cancel it this week. I am not recommend value for the money but the customer service yes and the job/work yes.

The electrician arrived as scheduled. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and completed the requested service. In addition to performing the requested service, he checked some of the circuits in each room, made recommendations for safety upgrades and explained the cost for each recommendation. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

They arrived for work the same day I called and explained what needed to be done. They completed the work and cleaned up quickly. They have a set price chart so even if the job waivers a little from the chart you pay the chart/listed price. The drawback is the pricing, they are expensive.

I think it cost a little more than it should have, with what they did...Just do your cost research on what the max they can charge, plan to pay that amount...

I was not sent a text identifying my installer as promised. However, this was not a problem. The installer arrived in a company vehicle and was very knowledgeable and professional. Costs were a little higher than I expected but not outrageous. After moving a receptacle, a refrigerator was not plugged back in and it defrosted dampening the wood floor underneath it. He was not able to finish a ceiling light installation due to construction abnormalities, but will return after rescheduling. I felt he may have had time to finish had it not been for the several calls from the office interrupting his progress. There was one cover plate not installed, and I had to go to Home Depot, a 50-mile round trip, to purchased a $13 access panel cover. As of this writing, none of the work contacted for is 100% complete. The project is not an easy project, but I do need the electrical work complete before moving on.

Fast Contact, prices are reasonable with the purchase of the monthly protection plan. Services are under warranty. Went above and beyond to get the parts to fix my light before Christmas holiday. Did everything in his power to connect the new living room light as I needed it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done.

Best service ever!!!

They showed up at the time we agreed upon and worked through without breaks until the job was done correctly. During the rewiring of the transfer switch panel they found an issue created by the original installer, explained to me in detail the problem and what needed to be done to correct the safety issue.
