+ -1 moreFrom the first contact until today, when am calling about another maintenance problem, they have responded and set a time to meet and tend to the issue. Their vast experience in the electrical business means they can assess many situations and recommend multiple solutions, as needed. Working with a family run company is another huge plus, where Father and Son are truly a team. They are NOT high tech, instead focusing on essential business management. They pay attention to all details, just using traditional means.
Description of Work: This was for residential follow up work, where Bubba and Forrest identified problems which originated with the installation of the AC unit, when our house was built. We were grateful for their caution, so we could inform the insurance company and properly assess any related problems which arose, after 16 years of leaking. We will continue the maintenance work with Urban Heating, then when the time comes, we will almost certainly replace our system using them. Integrity and exceptional personalized service is a rare occurance, especially in today's environment, so it is refreshing and worthy of note. This particular service call followed a much larger job from last earlier this year, when they replaced on older, two unit system with a single unit in my commercial building. We got 3 other bids for this job and their quote beat the others by almost $1k. They worked with our electrician, saving us additional money, and our electrical bills reflect the wise investment.
