+ -1 moreWe used The Tile Shop. I used 2 different guys because one was off. The main thing that other Angie's List Members need to know is that they have a great selection of tile however they do not install the tiles. They will refer you to a number of people that they deal with or work with and then you choose. They have a great selection of tiles. The people are very friendly and professional. I would grade them all 'A's for all of the categories on the grading scale except for punctuality because we went to them, they didn't come to us so that would be not applicable.
Description of Work: The last time I used them was on November 14th and it was a whole bunch of different things they had. There were so many different items.

+ -1 moreThe Tile Shop offers the consumer one of the best visual displays I have ever seen for backsplash and bathroom creations, as well as great care in the order process. I HIGHLY recommend them--price them before you sign up with one of the other traditional places in Richmond.
Description of Work: The tile shop provides an enormous wealth of choices for marble, granite, tile and stone for any home improvements. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and will work as long as it takes to figure out the correct amount of material you need, and will also help you load it into your car or truck. Their prices or unbelievably great and they are also very good about returning overage.
